Hello,
On one section of your website it says that table & chairs are included with the comprehensive insurance and that we get 8% off the ferry price, yet on another section it says that we do not get these things?
Can you please clarify?

Do you offer bike racks for hire (roof or towball mounted) to carry 2 bikes? if not, and we hire them from elsewhere, can they be attached to any of your vans?

We are trying to get a quote/make a booking through your webpage but have a few questions regarding the insurance.
We will like to rent a spaceship from the 7th of october until the 5th of november.
In this periode we will bought be 25+.
Under your FAQ you write that the full cover option is 20$ pr. day if you are 25+ and the excess bond is 1000$ if you choose the standard insurance.
But when we make the booking and choose that we are 25+ it says that the full cover option is 30 pr. day and the excess bond is 2000$ when you chose standard insurance.
We would like to know the right amount so we can make the right decision.

Hello,
I have two questions:
1. Am staying in the center of Auckland before I pick up the Spaceship. What is the best way to come to your office (which bus line or other public transport)?
2. I want to take the ferry from Wellington to Picton 4 days after I collect the spaceship. Can I arrange the reservation of the ferry at your office when I pick up the car or is that too late?

Hi Kristien,
We can arrange a taxi for you otherwise there is a train that leaves the city frequently. Our depot is only a short trip on the train. We can book the ferry for you when you collect your Spaceship. If you are looking to travel around Christmas you will need to book further in advance.

we have booked a BETA spaceship for September in N.Z. and would like to know the dimensions of the luggage storage pods under the bed please. Length width and depth of each one would be really useful.

Hi I have a UK license for 4 years and am 21 (22 by time rent a spaceship) just checking that this is ok to drive over in NZ do we need a internation license.

Just to confirm, if you dont have $1-2k avail for the bond you have to take the option 2 or all inclusive insurance.
ie u actually hold the funds for that time not just and imprint of a visa card?
If I use 2 of the grabone deals that cover 6 days hire, I just add an additional $38 for the hire plus insurance?
