SPACESHIP PODS - 4 BERTH OPTION

Now you can sleep four while still having the luxury of a vehicle that is great to drive and at a fraction of the cost of a big, ordinary four berth motorhome or campervan.

The new roof-top pods provide spacious sleeping facilities for two, which in turn, double the berths available in the vehicles.

As a family you will have far more fun in a Spaceship, it is also much safer than having your kids in one of big commercial-style vehicles; more economic on fuel and on the ferry crossing as it can still be booked as a car, and gives you more freedom and flexibility for your travels around New Zealand.

It is a very cost effective way for three or four people to travel in style and comfort.

KEEP WARM IN WINTER

Spaceships are insulated like a good car and unlike a hiace van. This keeps you far warmer on those colder nights.

The pod more like camping in a tent but with double duvets and our winter warmer pack you will be nice and snug.

Setting up the 4 berth

Quick Specs

The innovative Spaceship pods, made with a fibre glass base and top, and enclosed with canvas sides. They are imported from Italy and attach to the roof of the Spaceship with a specially made roof rack.

In keeping with all the Spaceship facilities, the pods are quick and easy to assemble and their lightweight materials enables them to flatten down to a small pod on top of the vehicle where it remains while driving. We also provide the mattress, pillows and bedding for free.

There are ventilated windows at each end and enough room through the back half of the pod to store gear in while driving
